I ordered hats Feb 2019 and want to order more. Do I need to pay the digitize fee again?If we are using the same exact logo, there is no digitizing fee of $95.00. There are two ways to place your reorder:
1) You can place the order online where the digitizing fee is charged automatically, however the fee is going to be refunded
2) If you do not want to be charged and then refunded, please contact us at [email protected] and we will send you an invoice that will not have the charge on it. what size image can fit nicely on front center of hatOur max embroidery dimensions are 5.00" inches wide x 2.50" inches tall. Good morning, i was wondering if you guys sell this hat individually. The reason I'm asking is because i want to see if its good material, looking to start my own brand and wanted to see my options. Thank youYes we do. Please email [email protected] to request a "Sample Request Form "
