FLEXFIT TRUCKER HATS
The hat that put Flexfit on the map is their Flexfit Trucker hat. Trucker hats are identified by their higher, more structured crown and mesh back. A baseball hat, in comparison, has a less structured crown and fabric all around, no mesh.
VARIATIONS ON A TRUCKER
The Flexfit Trucker can come in a 5 panel or 6 panel version. The difference is that the 5 panel has a seamless front, better for screen printing as there is no seam in the center to distort any artwork. The 6 panel is probably what you are most accustomed to seeing, as it is the most common. The 6 panel can be plain or can be embroidered or have a patch added for customization.
The bill on a Flexfit Trucker hat can be flat or curved, but the back will always be mesh. Crown heights can vary, and depending on your taste you can choose the 6006W, their highest crown at 4 inches with a high profile and a flat bill. If you are looking for something more tame, there is the 6320W with a 3 ¾ inch profile (still high) and a curved bill or the 6506 which is also a curved bill but only a 3 ½ inch mid profile crown. All of these come in a whole host of colors, both solid and two tone and can all be customized with your logo or any artwork from our library of over 10,000 options
WHO WEARS A TRUCKER?
When first popularized the trucker was the “old man” hat, but in recent years it has become very popular with the younger crowd, and the Flexfit Trucker is notably rocked by younger women, not just the young guys that initially embraced the Trucker. It is seen at music festivals, brew pubs, college campuses and the bleachers at LA Lakers games with distressed truckers gaining in popularity most recently.
