Pacific Headwear - Days of Trades

When Pacific headwear was started in 1999 founder Don DeZarn built a distinguished teamsports and promotional headwear line. Growth was slow going however. These were the days of trade shows, driving from state-to-state, setting up a booth, shaking hands, delivering your pitch and hopefully selling your wholesale hats to distributors. Slow and steady wins the race. Pacific Headwear was purchased by Augusta Sportswear in August of 2019 for an undisclosed amount (it was a lot). Today, Pacific Headwear is still run as a separate company and maintains its high quality and promotional headwear focus. 

Pacific Headwear - More Than a Collection of Materials

Pacific headwear offers the popular self-material undervisor to help protect your eyes from the UV rays. They also offer Pacflex hats which provide flexible adjustable fit. However, their most popular collection by far is their performance line. Among other things, it offers moisture-wicking material, is odor resistant and stain resistant.

Pacific Headwear - Resale Focus

Pacific Headwear has been producing headwear with the main focus of the hats being decorated with embroidery.  Since the company was started custom embroidery has been always expected for all the hat styles in the wholesale hat product line. The main focus has always been to market this brand directly to custom embroidery manufacturers for resale.
