Wholesale Hats sells more custom hats than any other headwear wholesaler. We're able to handle orders from the small and simple to the large and complex. Our product is high quality, low to mid cost and our customer service are trained people whose mission is to help customers with any questions they might have and help guide them through the process. There are two ways we can customize caps and hats: embroidery or with a patch. Our valued customers are embroiderers, screen printers, retailers, corporations as Christmas gifts for their hard working employees, picnics, corporate event, church retreats, moms or dads who are planning birthday parties, family reunions or just one crazy night out with friends.

Which customization method should you choose?

This is a very complex question. Is cost important? How many pieces is the order? When is the event deadline? Is this a giveaway, promotion or resale? In order to answer the questions, we have to look at the project from all these different angles. After we talked to the customers over the phone or via email, we always ask to see the custom logo so we can review the art and make sure it is appropriate for a the specific hat or cap and the material they have chosen. Sometimes a simple logo to a customer, might turned out a complex one to us. Our in house artists will review and communicate with customers about any issues they foresee. We treat every project as though it is an urgent one and that is why we get back to our customers right away with answers or requested custom quotes.

Custom Embroidered Hats

Our facility has over two hundred embroidery heads that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which means we will never miss a customer's deadlines no matter how large or small, complex or simple. Custom embroidery is a process where hats are being sewn using needles to apply threads onto a fabric of a cap, hat or a beanie. The embroidery is a representation of the art submitted. It will not be exactly the same as it is being sewn using a needle and thread. Sometimes customers let our in house art department color coordinate use the thread colors that look the best on the embroidered cap embroidered hat or they let us know the Pantone colors in which case we try to match the thread colors to their Pantone colors as close as we can. Customers can choose from over 460 thread colors of basic to neon and metallic threads to customize their embroidered hat and caps.

After the artwork is approved by the customer via email, the production time begins. We will never start on the production without the customer’s approval for four choices (embroidery, screen print,sublimation and patches). Our regular production time is 8-10 business days. We do offer faster production time for a rush fee which will cut the production time to just three business days. We will work day and night to make sure your order is going to get to you on time with a superb embroidery quality. Embroidery will look great on a custom 5 panel or 6 panel hat, custom beanie, custom mesh cap, custom Yupoong hat, custom army hat…Custom embroidered and custom patched hats are a great way to go if you need your hats fast, looking for a great price and great quality.

Custom Patches for Hats

The most recent addition to our customized program is a production and applying a sew on custom patches onto hats and caps. It is a very cost effective alternative to a direct embroidery especially if your custom logo has thousands of stitches. Our patches are made overseas to insure the lowest cost but at the same time not compromise on the quality. Custom patches come in many different sizes; the standard size like oval, rectangle, square...and the custom shaped patches where a hot knife is being used to insure a precise cut of a patch.

Embroidery and screen print on patches look amazing! The reason why is because they are being produced on flat frames and then being sewn onto a curved baseball frame of a cap. A sublimation and woven patches are available as well. Patches can be sewn on any kind of a hat: 5-panel, 6-panel hat, snapback, yupoong, flexfit, army hat even beanies! Hat or Caps with patches are a great way to go if you are not in a hurry, your logo is extremely complex and detailed and price is a factor.

Custom Overseas Program

If you are looking for the best price and your project is at least 45 days away, then the custom overseas program is perfect for you! Customize your hat with embroidery and choose your hat color, cap crown style, hat material, Number of hat panels, hat visor style, hat visor row stitching, cap closure style, hat eyelet style, hat sweatband and even a custom cap size. We can offer sepecial features like reflective piping, sandwich edge, liquid metal, logo placement, and of course your own label!
