Will I see a Mockup of my embroidered design?

Yes, all orders receive a Mockup on every hat color within 2 days of placing your custom hat order before production begins.

Will my embroidery look good?

Every design we receive gets an art review from our in-house embroidery digitizing art manager before production. After the logo has been approved for embroidery, a mockup will be sent to the customer on every hat color for approval to ensure customer satisfaction.

Can I request changes after seeing the Mockup?

Yes, our goal is to take the time and effort before production to make sure you are 100% happy.

How long does it take to ship my custom hat order?

Once you approve the Mockup, your hat order will ship in 8–10 business days. Rush production and expedited freight options are available.

What is your minimum order for embroidery?

Our minimum is 24 pieces per embroidered design. The price goes down the more you buy, with a large price drop at 36 pieces.

Can I mix hat styles and get quantity discounts?

Yes, you can order hats by the dozen per style and color.

Can I choose my thread colors?

Yes, each hat color embroidery thread can be coordinated at no additional charge. We offer a wide range of embroidery thread colors to match your brand. Our in-house USA artists are happy to help when needed.

Can you help with making my design work for embroidery?

Yes, more than 70% of our customers' designs require some small adjustments to be embroidered at a retail quality standard.

Are all hats stocked and available?

Each hat style is connected to all 8 of our warehouse's inventory. Just click on a color and you will be able to view the total stock available. If an item is greyed out, it is currently out of stock. Please give our customer service a call at 800-745-1667 or visit our Contact Page to check when the next shipment will arrive.

Can I send my logo for an art review and quote before placing an order?

Yes, email [email protected] your logo for a free art review and price quote.

What if I do not have a logo?

We offer several fonts and we have an embroidery library of designs that can be used at no cost. We can put your company name or tagline in our stock designs for free.

Can you embroider on the mesh of a trucker hat?

Yes, we have perfected embroidery on the mesh fabric on the side and back of trucker hats.

Can I combine hat colors and styles to get a better price?

Yes, colors and styles can be combined by the dozen to receive quantity discounts. The more you buy, the more you save.

Do you offer custom patches?

Yes, we offer Embroidered, Woven, Sublimation, and Leather Debossed patches.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not been embroidered, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus digitizing if completed. Sample orders are not able to be returned.

What type of art file do you need for embroidery?

We accept the following file types: JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, WEBP, Adobe formats (PSD, AI, PDF, EPS), and Vector formats (SVG, DST).
